Hi:
The code means that you will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

A "short" test does not take much time to check the "health" of the disk-drive.
If that test "fails", do not run the "long" test, because that is an extensive test, that might consume any "residual" health remaining in the disk-drive, thus "killing" your disk-drive.
I would purchase a new disk-drive, preferably a much-faster SSD (Solid State Device), and use free software, such as "Macrium Reflect" to make a "clone" of the current disk-drive. Then, boot from the new disk-drive, after "retiring" the current disk-drive.
