Product: Omen #870-119
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to know where to get the hard drive ASSY or CADDY for my desktop, Omen #870-119. I understand that I can go without the CADDY but when I put the SSD into the bay without ASSY or CADDY. It's not a good idea to protect the second SSD in the hard drive box where the other two drives are in already. I have the information for this ASSY and here is below:

 

ASSY 

65450-002

 

Any idea where to get this ASSY as I live in Canada and am sure that down in U.S. no problem to get this from HP or HP retailers.

The Odense2-S board only has 3 SATA data headers. 2 HD + DVD has used up all the headers.

Here is the tray, actual part number is 65450-002

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

Thank you for your reply and it's hard to find the hard drive caddy for HP desktop. Amazon had similar caddy with #654450-001. I don't know if that will work or not for my desktop.

 

Let me know about this before I order through Amazon.
