Hard disk problem

HP ALL - in - One PC 20 - c010il
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem with hard disk. On 1 august 2018 i had changed hard disk when your assistant came to replace the hard disk. Now in my pc the problem is desktop showing " ERROR : No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed. " And i have checked in the " hard drive check" option but it's showing 

Testing Drive: 1

SMART Check : NOT AVAILABLE

Short DST : NOT AVAILABLE

It means the hard disk may be loosen to i went to the shop, from when u bought this pc , and he even tighten the hard disk but still having the same problem. What to do please help me and reply me ASAP. And i want to talk to you customer service so provide me the number or contact me on 9929711514. Please.

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).
