I can’t turn on my laptop. Whenever I turn it on, it shows that my hard drive 1 is error. How can I fix this? Looking forward to the answers. Thank you.

First at all I suggest you perform a test to your hard drive, you can follow next link to learn about how to test your hard drive

if test passed, you can try to follow next steps to solve problem with no boot

as your HDD is not working, you need replace it, the failure ID you that you get include next information
