Hi,

 

My computer just started failing today, and when I run the diagnostics tool, this is the failure ID I get:

 

Hard drive - Failed - U0BW6X-7HW84L-QFFWL1-60B303

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and need to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.
