I have a hard drive warning back up drive imminent failure. Trying to get support is hard work has anybody had the same issue and what was the resolution

First of all: you should immediately save any personal files to a flash drive or external storage drive before this data becomes corrupt and/or is no longer accessible.
Secondly, once you have done this, you'll need to replace your primary (boot) drive.
If you are unsure or unfamiliar doing this, the best advice I could give you is to take your PC to a local PC repair/service shop, and ask them for an estimate how much it is going to cost you.
