Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a 15-da1017nt model HP Laptop. When the computer is turned on, Hard Disk Error appears on the screen, an error coded 3F1. I went to system diagnostics via F2 and had a memory check and short dst test performed. The memory check was successful, but it gives short dst failed. What is the reason?
