Are there open PSU cables for upgrades/add ons?
Can a discrete graphics card be installed with the 180w psu? Non gaming. I know there is a x16 pcie slot but what card would would work?
Also don't understand how they do not have USB 3 rear ports on these systems. Again wondering if this system will accept a USB 3 pcie card? Again, know there is a x1 pcie slot open but wondering about power.

Unused cables? That you would have to research.
A low profile GT 1030 (20W or 30W) would work on a 180W PSU.
Low profile 2 port slot powered USb3.0 PCIe X1
