Hi. I have this problem: diagnostic  system detect  an error to HD

PTXQ24-8159PW-X87SMA-61BL13
Can you suggest me solution, please. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Please see this (Link) for details. Input the Failure ID Code you see for details.

 

The solution may not easy depending on if you can still run Windows.

 

Back up data very soon.

 

You will need to replace the primary HDD. You may have to reinstall Windows unless you have a Windows backup image and USB recovery media.
