Product: All in One 27 - Product number 9EG56AA#ABG
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

"We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face"

 

Setting up brand new HP All in One 27 .. built in camera / web cam is not recognised by windows 10 (version 2004). How can i resolve this?

The specs of your machine is

It only has  HP Privacy HD Camera. You need a 3D/IR camera to use Hello Facial Recognition which your machine does NOT have.  You have to buy a different camera. Please try
