Hi, I nedd help for resolve a problem with  RAM memory, i've buy two slot to 16 gb Memory but if i install in the motherboard 2 slot the system crash in a few momwnts.

with one slot (16gb) the system not have problem.

the BIOS is upgrade a the last version and the memory have 2666MHz compatible with frequecy hardware.

That web-page does state that your computer supports up to 32 GB of DDR4 RAM.

 

Do your two sticks of RAM have exactly the same specifications? Both "1R8" ? Both "2R8" ?

Same speed?
