Help finding replacement power supply for ALL IN ONE 23Q114

My sister's power supply with cords were stolen and need to be replaced.  She tells me it's an HP Pavilion ALL IN ONE 23Q114.  It's 90W and 19.5 V as per the HP product page, but it does not include dimensions of the plug going into the computer,.  My online search for a replacement has not shown a product, HP brand or otherwise, that will fit it. There are universal power supplies with multiple connectors, but product compatibility is questionable. 

Any suggestions on where I can find a compatible product?
