Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)

Hello, I was opening up my today and the hinge suddenly snapped. The screen has now cracked because of this and some pieces are out of place. Was not dropped and has been looked after well. I’m not sure how this happened but it seems like I’m not the only person who has had this problem before. Please stand by your product and let me know how I can proceed and hopefully get a replacement. Thank you
