Product: Omen 27

A CS rep told me yesterday I should record a clicking noise that my PSU makes and than email it back to him for furrther investigation but when i try to reply to his outbound email, the email always comes back as undeliverable. How can i send the recording back to them?

Did you open a case with them (via phone)? If so, then ask them to send you an e-mail so you can respond with attachment.
