How can I get my motherboard replacement?

I leave in Kampala Uganda. My HP 24 All-in-One PC Model 24-f022bcn motherboard was damaged by power, and when I took it to the IT guys, they told me it needs replacement. I can do the replacement myself. The question is where online can I order for one?
