I really just need HP to contact me back.

they replaced the motherboard with second hand one and I’m still experiencing same issue of computer not starting. 
how do I get HP to call me to fix this? 
logging in just leads to circles such as this one, posting to an online board and not an actual person to talk to. Thankyou

OK - normally when you have your case number and the original contact information given you when you originated the case, you might be able to use that information to contact your HP response center.

 

Unless otherwise stated, repairs made by HP are warranted for a period of time.

Have that information available.

 

The only thing we can do on our side is to send your question for Review.

I will take care of doing that.
