Hi,

 

Your PC is already quite powerfull. I would not trust a third party utility to judge the performance of the PC.

If you see the graphics is at 9.9 and the desktop graphics is probably only judging the integrated graphics card (Intel) and not the Nvidia graphics card which is used when necessary.

 

My only recommendation would be to replace the mechanical drive with an SSD which would have a great effect on everyday performance.
