I have an HP parvillion with 16 gigs of ram. I would like to upgrade to 32 gigs of ram. I purchases 2 kingson 16 gig sticks the computer recognize the ram and gave me 32 gigs of ram. But the ram ran slower than, the orignail which is 3200 mhz. The new ram run at 2400 mhz. How to you change the ram speed?

The OEM BIOS does not allow changing of the DIMM slot voltage, the bus multipliers or the primary and secondary timings.
There are not any changes you can make that would change the frequency at which the Kingston memory modules you installed runs.
