Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

We purchased hardware and care packs from a third party, and they also registered the care packs.  Unfortunately, we do not know to whom it is registered.  Can I get more information about the care pack ownership if I only have my desktop and monitor serial numbers?

Do you have any documentation from the third party to verify enhanced HP warranty support? You would need this when contacting HP Support for assistance.

 

I would contact this "third party" for clarification.
