To open the camera shutter on your HP Pavilion All-in-One 24, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Privacy Shutter – The camera shutter is usually positioned near the webcam at the top of your screen.
  2. Identify the Sliding Mechanism – Some models have a physical slider that you can move left or right to open or close the shutter.
  3. Slide to Open – Gently slide the shutter to the open position until the camera lens is fully exposed.
  4. Check the Camera – Open the Camera app on Windows to confirm that the webcam is functioning properly.
