Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an ENVY desktop on which the warranty expired 8/20/2020 and opted to purchase the 1-year post warranty plan on 4/30/21, which HP accepted and for which I was charged the cost. How do I make a repair claim under this warranty?
