Please, have you added any new accessories to this product?

No I have not added anything new. My keyboard does not have any lights on it. When you turn the unit on there is a light on the unit that flashes three times.

Hello,

Let's try an electrical reset, to check if we can restore the equipment.

1 - Remove the power cable
2 - Press the on/off button for 1 min
3 - Insert the power cable and turn it on.

Is this equipment under warranty if the tests above do not work?

No it is not under warranty and I have tried that and many other things. I am starting to believe the motherboard is defective.

Thanks
