Product: Hp usb 3.0 external portable drive px3100

External hard drive got crashed . It's not able to run when connected to pc and laptops. There were many important documents and images stored in it. I need to retrive those stored items as well as the hard drive. But i dont know how 

Even I am not getting any service center for it 

If anyone knows hp service center in kolkata for portable hard drive plzz let me know

@Auro94 I suggest you check if the device is working on an alternate computer, if it does, please visit the user guide: page. 9 - 13 for details on how to restore data,

If nothing works, you could check with an alternate cable as well, if that doesn't work either, here's the link to locate a service center near you to get this repaired: click here
