Hp omen charge cycles

I brought a hp omen 2 days ago it looks odd from day one had fingerprints and all after 2 days i noticed the paint on the air grill was gone and i could see copper inside and scratches were visible and now I found out it has 50 charge cycles even though I brought it 2 days ago what should I do?
