@Turboslayer123,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Yes.

Your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0073w (2HL14AA), as fitted with a Lincs motherboard (SSID: 843B), can take up to 2 x 32GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pin RAM sticks, or you could install DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz RAM, which will down throttle to 2666 MHz.

For best RAM performance, use identical RAM modules -same brand, model and capacity.

Please be advised that Corsair, G.SKILL and other 'gaming' RAM are often 'stuck' at their default or "SPD" speed, like at 2133 or 2400 MHz, because your desktop doesn't allow XMP access (RAM speed control).

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
