HP 251-a11 Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 251-a11 Desktop with AMD Radeon R4 I like to play Games,I realize this PC is old But I bought it with the intent of heavily modifying it into a gaming PC But never got around to it,Now my question is, Would it be possible to Modify my graphics card without buying a another motherboard/Processor? I really would currently Like to modify it a little at a time due to my budget. I have a Camphor2 Motherboard with a Amd A6-6310 Processor if that helps, Thanks in advance!
