Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi! I am reaching out kind of in desperation at this point. Basically, I have an HP Spectre laptop that I bought back in 2018. Since then, I have been trying to update it to Windows 10 for over a year now and every time I try, It says that I can't update the laptop and to contact the manufacturer. Is there anything you know about this issue?
