I cant find my HD

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

I  can`t find my HDD in my desktop I can se in finder but not se it in the hardwere insite the computer

my problem is that I want to set in another ssd  as C:  in sted og the old C: HD

Please can you help me?

We can't -- without some detail information.  We need at least the specific model number of the PC.
