Product: Hp 15 f387wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP pavilion 15 has been through the ringer, but it started saying my battery was bad. The battery was brand new so after a few troubleshooting expeditions and no fix I took it to a repair shop. They said it needed to be changed internally and after a week I got it backbnut now it won't do anything. Where can I get a new power cord? Or watt do I need to do to get my computer up and running...my school and business run off it.

Go back to that shop.  Fix or refund!
