Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion p6340f desktop.   I have Windows 10 but not sure whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit.  I don't have Bluetooth.  I need Bluetooth in order to connect the sound from online meetings to my hearing aids.   What Bluetooth USB dongle must I buy?  Thank you.

The product specs indicate the PC originally came with W7 64 bit.

 

This USB Bluetooth adapter seems to have good reviews:
