@salimez

Your AIO only allows a single SATA3 device.  Your existing HD (3.5" and 1TB)  is mounted in a tray. Your would have to get an adapter 2.5 to 3.5 tray, or figure a mounting.  You would also need a SATA to USB3.0 external, preferably a 2.5/3.5 enclosure, then you could keep the 3.5 as a data device.

A new Sumsung EVO 860 SSD 1TB is only $129

Cloning:

Software: https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree

Manual: https://knowledgebase.macrium.com/display/KNOW7/Cloning+a+disk

Swap the devices,  and verify all is correct.  Then skip to saving the 3.5 as a data drive.

If you choice of SSD is smaller than 1 TB, you will need another option

Saving the 3.5 as data:

 After booting the system, connect the 3.5"/USB enclosure to the system.  Format the 3.5" drive.

Thanks for your response. so to make sure I got this right I would attach the new SSD with a sata to usb cable , clone the internal drive to it , then install the ssd in the desktop. sounds simple ( I know...  famous last words) LOL  thanks again

You have the concept.  Be sure to let the clone software "format" the new SSD drive.
