I have a HP 23-q128 with an AMD a6-7310 apu with radeon r4 graphics,2000mhz, 4 core(s) 4 logical processors. its 32 bit.

I need a compatible 64 bit processor

According to the motherboard specs for your PC, the processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

Hi:

 

According to the processor specs, the  AMD a6-7310 APU is a 64 bit processor.

 

AMD A6-Series A6-7310 - AM7310JBY44JB / AM7310JBY44JBD (cpu-world.com)
