@JustinGavino , welcome to the Community.

Here is the Product Specifications page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-700-300-desktop-pc-series/6886619/model/6988376/documen...

If you look at the section titled "Processor upgrade information" you will see that you can upgrade to an i7-4790.  I am not certain that you would see that much difference than with your i7-4700.  The difference from 3.4 MHz to 3.6 MHz is not much.  They are both Quad Core processors.  If the current processor was a Dual Core upgrading to a Quad Core would make a major difference.  If you look at the section titled "Memory upgrade information" you will see that you already have the maximum memory installed.

You can upgrade the Integrated Video to a discrete video card.  The slot on the computer is PCI Express x16 (Gen. 3).  Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will tell you what to consider when upgrading the video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981

The three main considerations are 1) the length of the card, 2) the wattage to operate the card properly and 3) does the video card have a 1x6-pin, 1x8-pin or both, PCIe power connector/s.  Your current power supply unit (PSU) is only 300W with no PCIe power connectors.  You will be limited to the card that will work with it.  Here is an example of what will run with the 300W PSU: https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1650-gv-n1650ixoc-4gd/p/N82E16814932151

If you want to buy a more powerful card, you will have to upgrade the PSU to at least 500W with at least an 8-pin PCIe power connector.  The PCIe slot on the motherboard only provides 75W of power.

If you have more questions, I am here every day at some point.

@JustinGavino, it is always best to begin with the System Requirements of the games that you want to play.  Here is a website that will help you make that determination: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

It shows you the "Minimum" and the "Recommended" system requirements for running the games that you want to play.  This is where I go for my information when recommending an upgrade to any computer components.  You can look at your computers components and compare them to the lists provided: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-desktop-pc-m01-f0000a/38096274/model/37719665/document/c0667...

I believe with the information that I provided you should be able to play any of the games that you mentioned.  You will definitely have to upgrade your Integrated Video to a discrete video card.  The IV is not powerful enough for any of the games.
