That PC is 10 years old. It is using a 2nd generation Intel CPU, so there are limited advances in the CPU upgrades. Your PC shows it has an Intel Core i3 2100, so it could be upgraded to a Core i7-2xxx quad core as the best CPU. I cannot comment on how much of an improvement that would give, but probably noticeable.
As far as the graphics improvement - there is presently no graphics card installed, so it is using integrated graphics. Not good for gaming. It does have a PCI Express x16 slot, so some improvement is possible. Since the PC is old, the newer graphics cards will not function in this PC but there are improvements that can be made. Big improvements would require a power supply upgrade along with a suitable graphics ( however older graphics card addition ).
I am not a gamer and do not know the PC requirements of the games you mention. Do some research on those games to see what the minimum requirements are and then post back with those results. I will see if the present PS is capable to improve to that level.
