IMPORTANT:

The test found a communication problem between the network port and the system board. The card may need to be replaced or the system board may need to be repaired.  WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?

@Deb5775 , welcome to the Community.

 

I believe that it is most likely a failed wifi adapter.  The only way to fix this problem is to replace it.  You may want to take the computer to a computer shop for repair if you are not comfortable working on computers.
