HP Slim Desktop PC S01-pF2000i (4M0H6AV)

I installed a 2nd Samsung 16gb ram stick in my HP Slim desktop computer but the system has not recognized it. Are there any other steps to get the memory upgrade working?

Hi @michaelshn

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I would say the purchased Samsung memory is not a good fit for your Motherboard (MB). This happens with some HP MBs.

Your best bet is to check Crucial Memory for compatible memory upgrade options. Use the Crucial Scanner for the best results.

It is usually good to not mix memory modules from different memory manufacturers. Do a memory kit if you go with Crucial Memory.
