Ive had the HP BIOS upgrade kick in 3 times in last 2 days. It appears it has been successful but surely shouldn't kick in this often is there a problem with this. Virtual assistant didn't understand my question when asked and Ive run HP diagnostics bot but it comes out as all  OK. I'm flummoxed and getting irritated. All help of solutions would be appreciated

@Elkcub, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Where are you getting the pop-up to update the BIOS? Is it through the HP Support Assistant?

If yes, try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Support Assistant on your computer.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
