Hi @BSmccarson

Welcome to the HP Forums!

This is a wonderful place to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I reviewed your post and understand that you want to know where you can purchase a new motherboard for your computer.

I’d love to help!

You can purchase the motherboard from our HP part store. Below is the link to the part store.

Alternate, you can contact HP phone support and I see that you have already done that. They can also order the motherboard for you or pick up the computer for a repair and get the motherboard replaced at HP service center.

Hope that answers your question.

To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help. Good day! Take care 🙂

@The_Fossette thank you for your response and information shared. Unfortunately HP doesn't have this motherboard nor do any of the three(3) other vendor's that the HP Parts & Operations team directed me to conatact. Very disappointing and highly concerning when purchasing HP equipment in the future. This machine was $1,600.00 and is just barely over a year old.
