Hi I bought my laptop like tow years ago and battery is death now. How can I sent my laptop to get a new battery?

gee i don't know,....how about googling " battery Pavilion 15 Ck075nr"

 

or perhaps contacting your local HP authorized reseller near where you live (again google it)

 

or calling/emailing HP support in your country? numbers can be found on the HP web pages under "SUPPORT" or CONTACT US

The specs of your machine is

It uses  3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion battery part # 920070-855 which is N/A from HP parts store now

Please try

or use part and search online shops in your country.
