I upgraded my 16gb 2133MHz to a Rip Jaws 64gb 3600MHz, but the speed still at 2133MHz. Is the ram speed lock on this PC? Is there no way to use the whole speed of my ram?

Looking at various Omen Desktop 870 configurations, it appears that your Omen's max RAM speed IS listed at 2133 MHz -in other words, even if you installed faster RAM, it would never be able to exceed stock RAM speeds...
