@Alraba7 , welcome to the Community.

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.

Yes, you can upgrade the memory to 32 GB.  Here is the Product Specifications page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-tg01-0000i/29014479/model/3133144...

Read the section titled "Memory upgrade information" for the specifications on the memory.

Also, you can add a M.2, SSD, to your system.  Here is what it states in the section titled "Expansion slots", One M.2 socket 3, key M.  Here is a guide to explain what the socket 3 and key M mean: https://www.atpinc.com/blog/what-is-m.2-M-B-BM-key-socket-3

You can add a NVMe, M.2, to this socket.  Here is an example of what will work: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-970-EVO-Plus-MZ-V7S1T0B/dp/B07MFZY2F2/ref=asc_df_B07MFZY2F2/?tag=hypr...

This guide will explain how to transition from the HDD to the M.2: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Upgrading-Desktop-or-Laptop-to-a-SSD/ta-p/73048...

Once your system boots from the M.2 you can use the HDD for storage.
