I want to upgrade my motherboard, but HP uses their own. Finding the correct motherboard I have has been an absolute pain, but I think I found that it is the OasisOC motherboard, please correct me if I am wrong. I also need to know if the CPU cooler uses standard mounting sockets. Thank you.

If you can provide the System SKU, I can help you.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
These videos at YouTube cover upgrading the cooling solution. You can even use a Corsair H60 Liquid cooler.
The Corsair H60 Liquid cooler kit is delivered with the adapter kit for your motherboard.

The link to the upgrades for the HP Omen 30L that I provided in my previous post should help.
I used a Corsair H60 for a few years and was impressed by the temperature drop.
Re""CPU cooler uses standard mounting sockets"
I suspect you meant to say mounting holes for the CPU cooler fan. The CPU is an AM4, so the holes will be spaced for an AM4 socket cooling fan.
