You can find the memory upgrade info on the above link.

 

Your PC has two memory slots, and each slot can support an 8 GB DDR3L-1600 memory chip.

 

This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your PC:

 

Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 UDIMM | CT102464BD160B | Crucial.com

 

Shut down and unplug the PC before working inside of it.
