HP Pavilion Elite e9150t, Pegatron IPMTB-TK

BIOS is not seeing 6 x 4gb of DDR3 PC3-10600. It only sees 4 x 4gb, 16gb total.

I tried new memory, I tried one stick at a time.

I ran MEMTEST86+ and CPU -Z software both see all 6 sticks of ram, 24gb.

I tried different OS.

Running BIOS 5.29

PRODUCT # NY810AAR#ABA

SN# [personal info removed]

Is there a different BIOS version I can try?

Hi Irwni6,

Now that you asked after upgrading my memory in my Desktop Pavilion Elite e9150t , witch was about a year ago, at that time it did see the total 24gb. (6 sticks)

But lately its only seeing 16gb. (4 sticks)

So to answer A) I did all the trouble shooting. No luck.

Answer B) I do not have a "System Firmware" in my device manager.

When I go to support to Identify your product, HP does not recognize my serial # MXY92900X2 or Product # NY810AAR#ABA.

I did come with American Mega-trends Inc. 5.24, 10/29/2009

I don't remember when I updated to American Mega-trends Inc. 5.79

Thank you!
