Welcome to our HP Community forum!
The Intel UHD Graphics 770 integrated graphics is "unplayable" at 1920x1080 gaming resolution:

Am I to understand that your desktop does not have a discrete graphics card?
According to HP's PartSurfer, your HP Elite Tower 800 G9 PC RCTO Base Model is either fitted with a 550-watt, 400-watt or a 260-watt power supply -please verify and report back.
Regardless of what power supply you got, we can find you a graphics card to make gaming at 1080p playable.
Let me know if you are interested to consider that.

Thanks but not interested in games. I want a resolution of 2560 x 1440 for large spreadsheets !
If the integrated UHD 770 wont do it then I have a Geforce GT 710 but when I try to install it the DMA says it is trying to access restricted memory. It only needs 2Gb RAM and I have 64Gb. Need drivers or what ?
The PC has 2 PCI sockets 1 black one white what is the difference and which one shall I use for the GT 710 ?
Is there a link to see the motherboard specs of this PC ?
I also want to add 2 HHDs in the existing cradles in the mahine.
Many thanks.

I DO NOT want to game !!!
This PC is for my personal work NOT TO PLAY
I use Excel, Word and Power Point
I want a resolution of 2560 x 1440 or 2560 x 1600 for SPREADSHEETS
Can I update the drivers in the UHD 770 GPU to have one of the above resolutions ?
If not how do I install Geoforce GT 710 that can do it.
No idea what Power supply it comes with, where would I find that and what is the relevancy !
Please re-read my previous reply in full.
Thanks.

All right, I copy that: you made it abundantly clear that you are not interested in gaming.
You cannot update the driver of your integrated graphics to get better spreadsheet resolution than you already have.
As far as a GT 710 is concerned, you can certainly try, but on paper this card performs even worse than your integrated graphics, so that may not help you:
Link: NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
Anyway, a GT 710 is going to work in your PC no matter what power supply you got, because this card has a low TDP of just 29-watt, which according to the specs requires a minimum 200-watt (180-watt would do) power supply -that is the relevancy of your power supply.
