Im planning to upgrade my HP OMEN 880 and i would like to know if i could replace the fan in the back of the pc
(not the cpu one). I would really like to buy the Corsair LL140 RGB LED Dual Light Loop (CO-9050073-WW) so i would like to know if that's even possible.

Your question is really vague. Without a computer model number, I can not do any research .
But, the Corsair fan you referenced is a massive 140mm 4 pin fan. Most rear case fan portals are for 92mm fans. Another problem, again, is the lack of info. For example: the HP 880-160se model. It has a fan/water cooler and a rear fan
928148-001 Fan - Rear, w/converter board 65W
933410-001 Fan - Rear, Water 95W
BTW<> The HP880 series service manual shows a rear fan. What your not understanding is that fan, as seen thru the side panel, is not a case fan, it is part of the water cooler.
