Hi, @babu_kuchi
The HP specs for this model with the same processor an motherboard as yours, indicates that comes with a M.2 NVMe SSD...
HP Pavilion 24-r011no All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
However, the parts list only describes the drive as a M.2 SSD, and not what type it is.
I googled the part number and came up empty handed.
My experience with HP notebooks and AIO PC's that have the AMD A-series processors only support SATA M.2 SSD's.
The models with the Ryzen processors normally support NVMe SSD's.

Good question. Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05795100
which shows its motherboard
but says nothing about the type of M.2 SSD slot. Crucial says it only supports SATA M.2 SSD

Hi
I knew that it supports Sata ssd or HDD for 2.50r 3.5
but my question is about the particular slot which is Slot 3 M.2 2280. Is this slot has interface which support nvme or only Sata ssd 2280, Hp technical person should have this idea that which interface is in it. Crucial is telling about the other slot that is for HDD. so we can use sata ssd 2.5 there.

Hi
To make it simple kindly advise, which M.2 2280 SSD I should use M.2 SATA or PCIE NVME as primary drive for windows for this model. So that no compatibility issues arises. So that when i have windows running on M.2 it can detect my current HDD also.
Regards

You're very welcome.
It is very hard to say. I wish I knew for sure that drive was NVMe.
I googled the part number, and this place has a list of HP all in ones that come with that part number.
L09399-001 - Hewlett-packard (HP) - Hard Drive - Assembly SSD M2 256GB | Impact Computers
When I looked up the product specs for several of those PC's listed on the above page, all the specs for those PC's indicate the SSD is NVMe.
But the stock picture of the drive they show looks like a SATA drive, not a NVMe drive because the picture of the drive has two notches in it and NVMe drives only have the one notch.
