Independent regulation is usually a feature found in higher-end, more expensive PSUs that allow for more stable and consistent power delivery across the different voltage rails (such as 12V, 5V, and 3.3V), which is important for high-performance or enthusiast PCs.
For your model, the power supply is likely a standard, non-independently regulated unit unless explicitly stated otherwise.
