Is a Core i7 processor, 13th gen, considered part of the Core 1000 series?

I have an HP Envy TE01-4000i.  Looking at photo editing software that requires at least a Core 1000 series processor.   The Envy has a Core i7, 13th gen processor.   Am I ok to buy the software?

If you have HP Envy TE01-4000i and it comes with a 13th-gen Intel Core i7 (or any of the 13th-gen Intel Core series), then you should be absolutely fine buying photo-editing software that lists “Intel Core 1000-series or newer” as a requirement.
Also Having a strong CPU is important but photo-editing software may also demand good GPU, enough RAM, and fast storage.
