Hi, I currently have a Omen 25L Desktop, It has a Ryzen7 3700, 3060 RTX, 16gb Ram, and the currently ssd is a Western Digital SN520 SSD 512GB M.2 2230 PCIe, is this compatible computer to equip and fully utilyze a 990Pro SSD, as well as would the non/heatsink variant be better?

The drive would work fine, but it won't run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from your PC's Gen 3 NVMe slot.
